Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Skill-Lync Education Institute for fraudulently processing an education loan in my name without my knowledge or proper consent.
On 24/06/2025, representatives from Skill-Lync requested my personal documents (including PAN, Aadhaar, etc.) under the pretext of checking my eligibility for one of their training programs. I provided the documents solely for eligibility check purposes, and I was not informed or asked for confirmation before proceeding with any loan process.
However, I recently found out that the institute has processed an education loan in my name without my authorization or any prior intimation. This is a clear case of identity misuse and financial fraud.
In addition to this, while completing the so-called “e-signature” process, I was forced to sign digitally under pressure. They did not allow me to properly read or understand the loan agreement, and I was misled and rushed into signing the documents. This kind of coercion amounts to serious malpractice and misrepresentation.
I did not knowingly agree to any loan, nor did I willingly authorize any financial commitment.
I request you to kindly investigate this matter on an urgent basis and take strict legal action against the institute for the following:
Fraud and forgery
Unauthorized use of personal documents
Coercion and misrepresentation during e-signature
Mental and financial harassment
