Dear Amazon India Customer Service Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with an unauthorized deduction of Rs. 1499 from my Amazon India account by CYBS SI. I have been a loyal customer of Amazon India for several years and this incident has left me extremely dissatisfied with the level of security and service provided by the platform.
On [April 3rd], I noticed an unexpected deduction of Rs. 1499 from my Amazon India account, which was made by CYBS SI. I did not authorize this transaction, nor was I notified or informed about it prior to the deduction. This deduction has caused me financial inconvenience and has raised serious concerns about the security of my Amazon India account.
This clearly indicates a security breach or unauthorized activity on my Amazon India account, which is highly unacceptable.
As a valued customer, I expect Amazon India to take this matter seriously and investigate the issue promptly. I request a thorough investigation into the unauthorized deduction of Rs. 1499 from my account by CYBS SI and a prompt refund of the deducted amount to my Amazon India account. Additionally, I urge Amazon India to take necessary measures to enhance the security of customer accounts and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and expect a prompt resolution. If necessary, I am prepared to take further action to protect my rights as a consumer. I look forward to your timely response.
