Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an issue caused by one of your customer support employees.
My name is Kaushik Raval, and my Airtel mobile number is 8238356054. I was a prepaid customer, and I had active prepaid plans on my number. However, your customer support employee misguided me and converted my number from prepaid to postpaid without providing proper and clear information.
Due to this unauthorized conversion:
My prepaid number was converted to postpaid without my informed consent
All my active prepaid plans and benefits were cut and lost
I faced inconvenience and financial loss
This action was taken based on incorrect or misleading guidance from your employee, which is unacceptable. I request Airtel to please:
Investigate this matter at the earliest
Reverse the postpaid conversion and restore my prepaid number OR
Compensate for the loss of my prepaid plans and balance
I expect a prompt resolution and a clear explanation for this issue. Please treat this complaint as urgent.
