Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding a property at Kalpataru Hills, Thane, for which I had paid a token amount of ₹10,000 on no broker application.

The token amount was paid to block the property for rental. However, today morning I was informed that the owner has rented the same property to someone else despite my payment.

Following this, I contacted my Relationship Manager, Ms. Bhagyashree Chaubey, to understand the situation and seek clarification. Unfortunately, the interaction was extremely disappointing. She was very rude during the conversation and disconnected the call without addressing my concern or providing any proper resolution.

You may also refer to the call recordings to verify the interaction, which will clearly show that my concern was not addressed appropriately.

Since the property for which the token amount was paid has been rented to another party, I request a full refund of the ₹10,000 that I had paid. It is unfair to deny the refund when the property was not allotted to me. Please see attached documents.

I kindly request you to review this matter urgently and assist me with the refund of my token amount at the earliest.
