Dear team, I am one of the employee of Conneqt Business Solutions limited Airoli Reliable Tech Park in YBL WELCOME process. They will pressurize you unless you attempt the suicide. The TL don’t know how to speak with employee. They are illiterate and they will abuse in front of everybody. The TL takes leave then okay, but when employee takes leave they have problem. It means TL have problem so they can take leave and employee have problem they can’t take leaves. TL just say one thing every time go do whatever you want to do, what I (TL) says that thing only will happen in this company. No one takes action on TL, but when TL complains against employee they take direct action. Why so? Every time TL says I will mark you abscond. Without any reason. Company should take the actions regarding this. I want result regarding this or else i will start taking action regarding the Company.
