I would like to lodge a complaint regarding threatening calls and messages related to a loan repayment. I received a message on WhatsApp claiming that I have taken a loan from an application named “Karta Loan / MoneyBox” and that ₹3000 is pending.
However, I have not taken any loan from this application. The sender is threatening to contact my family members and visit my address if I do not make the payment.
Additionally, I received multiple calls from the number +91 6026490579. During the call, the person used abusive language and threatened me regarding the loan repayment.
I believe this is a fraudulent attempt to harass and extort money. I request you to kindly investigate this matter and take appropriate action against the number involved
