This is to inform you that recently I got a wifi installed in my office as per my manager’s order.
So this started in the begining of this month when I called for JIO FIBER, but somehow got connected to JIO XTREAM FIBER, and without checking I got it installed, that was my mistake, when asked from the sales executive if things could be altered anyhow he denied and that’s acceptable.
Moving forward, in two to three days we faced internet failure in my office, I contacted the Sales person, named Shyam, he said that he will be filing a complaint and he will soon send one engineer to get it all done, I thought that the same is being taken care of so I did not interrupted and the internet started working on it own, but yesterday again the same thing happened and when I contacted him, he initially did not pick up my call and then when I called him from an unknown number he quickly picked it up. I asked him to raise a complaint against the same thing but he said he is unable to do so, when I reached out to the customer care executive, he was unable to find the credentials from my registered mobile number, when I confronted the Sales Executive he was unable to respond. Then being after him for nearly half an hour he communicated with an engineer and got that fixed.
Afterwards, I am in need of a connection in a phone as well and I did purchase one along with the LAN WIRE, when I asked him to please do the connection he denied and said that engineer will not be able to come for which I had to pay INR700 to get it fixed but somehow still the phone is not working when I spoke to him, he told me to get it done by my own, firstly if I were able to do that I would have done that also what kind of delivery is this wherein I myself have to pay amount for technician and JIO is not sponsoring or giving the same.
I even told him that it can cost me my job as there has been a lot of time since this task is pending and my manager has asked me a lot many times for the same, but still lastly he said ki “ma’am aap khud hi kra lo pleas, after he put me on a conference call with his senior when he himself asked him to get it fixed.”
This is to hereby tell you that these events has added onto a mental stress for me, and has degraded my value in the office as well. I would like to request you to kindly get it fixed, reimburse the amount that I have paid to the technician and lastly and most importantly take a strict action against the sale executive. I am attaching his phone number as well as name in the complaint. I would like to request you to take suitable measures as soon as possible.
