I took a loan from credit+ app and I did not pay the loan on time so the app filed a case and gave me the settlement offer and I paid through their app but now the payment has been deducted from my account but it is showing failed on their end but I have confirmed it with the bank and they gave the proof that the payment has been settled successfully but the app is not closing the loan. I have shared the screenshot with them but they are not accepting and not closing the case
