Hi Team,
I have purchased one item from Amazon and item was not adequate as per description and hence no use of me. I have generated return request and as per policies it should be door step return. But instead of this , company is forcing me to do self return of product and then only will initiate my refund , but all these things were not mentioned while I purchased the product. Please look into this issue asap and help me out with the return.
