I bough refrigerator in sep’20 and on 11th Sep’23 its’ stopped cooling. I immediately dropped the on line service/repairing request in Samsung service center. today service engineer came check our the problem and told that compressor is got failed due to water leakage form the fridger due to consumer fault and ask to spend 8000/- rupees for repairing charges including new compressor which is quite shocking for me as big brand like Samsung claims 10 years warranty for compressor and within 3 years how compressor could get failed because of leakage issue even compressor IP68 device and full proof of water leakage.
I strictly request to the Samsung top management, kindly take the immediate action in this matter and repair the refrigerator under the warranty term of Compressor on zero cost. otherwise i am not going to use Samsung products (as i am having of Samsung A30 S smart phone as well which is going well) and would strictly recommend to others to not trust ion the reliability of Samsung products.
