I wish to file a formal and urgent complaint regarding the highly unethical, threatening, and aggressive behavior of an agent identified as Aditya from Vaishali Securities (allegedly associated with Insta Nova). On [Date of Call] at approximately 2:51 P.M., I received a call from the mobile number 9036428100. During this conversation, the agent spoke in an extremely aggressive manner and issued serious threats, stating that he has the contact numbers of all my relatives and colleagues. He explicitly threatened to start calling them (“apke sare relatives ko hum call karna start kardenge apke sare collegus k humare pass number hai”) as a means of coercion. This type of intimidating conduct is completely unacceptable, constitutes severe harassment, and violates consumer rights and ethical business practices. I request immediate and strict action be taken against this individual and the agency for these repeated threats and aggressive behavior.
