I have booked the bus from vrindavan to gurgaon the driver and the conductor are pathetic they are telling us that they will be coming in 10 minutes in vrindavan highway. The time of bus was 8:10 PM from vrindavan on 22 September 2023. They were giving us excuse and didn’t clarify the pickup location. We 2 girls are all aLoan standing in mid of highway. We both reached the pickup point on time and bus came around 9:10 PM it was 1 hrs late and the conductor was still giving the same reason coming in 10 mins. When they reached the pickup point they didn’t call us neither they stopped they went away infront of our eyes. When we saw they crossed us we immediately called the conductor and asked him to wait for us. The conductor want us to come from one point of highway to another point and was telling that they won’t wait for long and we told that we have been waiting for you from past 1 hrs they told it’s not out fault. They didn’t even say sorry neither they provided the water. On Asking the exact reason for delay the driver told we’ll talk about this later right now dimag kharab mat kroo go to your seat. This is the behaviour. I want upper management should look into this matter. On that night anything could have happened with us in mid of highway. I cannot not even tell what we have gone through. The worst service ever. If they are genuinely late then they couldn’t have told us that mam we will be late can you please go to some better pickup point nearby when we’ll reach we’ll call you. This could be the gesture but the conductor didn’t even care to call when they reached the pickup point. I want the concerned authorities to look into this matter and take necessary action against it. They don’t have proper pick up and drop point. They are operating the service just like that. Anything could have happened who will be responsible. Already so many news are coming that in mid of highway this that happened. I am attaching the bus no below.THIS IS AN IMPORTANT ISSUE AND CONCERNED AUTHORITIES SHOULD TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST IT.
