Text of Complaint by Vikram Malik:

I Vikram Malik consumer no.467-209-181*5, have received an electricity bill of 11380/- on 15/07/20 via SMS on the mobile no.9920082573

I think there is some mistake in the bill as I have always received & paid bill not more than 1500/-.
For reference
On 20/03/2020 we received & paid bill of 1290/-
On 1/06/2020 we received & paid bill of 1460/- (online)
On 24/06/2020 we received & paid bill of 160/- ( online)

Requesting you to look into this matter as we are stressed about losing the connection.

Also we would like an itemized bill either via email or via post .
