I went for the MNP in February 2020 as i was not happy with the AIrtel , SO that day there customer executive called me and said they will give me a plan of 250 rs ( excluding tax ) instead of current 499 plan and we agreed on the same. I called them twice thrice in next 15-20 days as the plan is not changed and even i amĀ not able to do from myairtel app. Since February i make a payment of 600 rs each for two months , and from last two months i am not paying my bill as i am very disappointed from them. Between this i raised a concern for disabling my broadband as well still they didn’t do anything and just asking money every month ( i am not paying this as well). in last 2 months i got 10-12 calls from Airtel team for bill pending issue and i always said these things to them and they sir okay we get your complaint and our team will check. No one is worried for customer money. They are just want to sell there products. I am with Airtel since 7-8 years as i believe this is an Indian Company. But now they seems to be some fraud to me.
Please help me on this.
