1. That I am a prime member of the amazon prime video where I purchased the product a washing machine from amazon before six months and additionally they buy me the amazon membership Rs.179 per month.
2. That at that time I accidentally purchase the prime membership which is OK to me but after that every month amazon without giving me any intimidation they just deduct the amount of Rs179 per month.
3. That it is pertinent to mentioned here that I talk to the customer care and told them to kindly revoke the option of the auto deduction of the amount of Rs179.
4. That after that again they deduct the amount i.e auto deduction, where i again call to the customer care and humbly requested to revoke it again because they already deduct the amount.
5. That now again same thing is done by amazon prime member they again the deduct the amount which i many time complaint to kindly revoke the auto deduction option from my profile.
6. That it is humbly requested you to kindly refund the amount of from the last 6 months deduction where you deduct the amount without my consent otherwise i have no other option left rather than file a suit against you and your company.
