I am writing to bring to your attention a pressing issue with my Airtel AirFiber connection (Customer ID:014120982606). Despite lodging a complaint with Airtel’s customer care number 16 days ago, the issue remains unresolved.
The problem persists, with my AirFiber out door unit port being non-functional, causing significant disruptions to my internet services. The customer care team has failed to provide a satisfactory solution or send a technician to resolve the issue.
I request your immediate intervention to:
1. Restore my Airtel AirFiber Outdoor Unit Port.
2. Arrange for a technician to visit my premises at the earliest.
