It’s really embarrassing to experience such irresponsible customer service from such renowned telecom company. My DTH connection was recharged with an amount of Rs 3081 on 11 April 2020 as per your offer through Airtel App. I had received the confirmation of the recharge through SMS stating the validity upto 6 Dec 2020.
On 17 April 2020 my above said account was suspended due to low balance. The recharge amount is still never reflected on my Airtel App nor in my TV account. I made several calls to customer care and sent mail to you. But all went in vain. I was forced to recharge again unnecessarily to view my TV set during this crisis period of lockdown.
