I want to register a complaint with you. Actually in December 2020, we replaced our previous setup box with Airtel. According to your latest scheme, It is free for 1 year. In beginning, It worked very well. Channels are not too much but sufficient. It does not have SUB TV in its pack. But we adjusted it. But from last 4-5 days, our channel STAR PLUS stopped working. It is showing bad signals but all other channels are working very well. It is my humble request to you please check my problem as soon as possible.
