I am using prepaid cell number 9810124696 and I can not make call or listened any call from my indoor. On making each call or receiving the call I have to go outside from my room. I am facing this problem for the last 6 months. In this regards I made several complaints with customers care and also talked to senior supervisors but no action had been taken accept always given assurance that everything will be all. I am fed up. On my airtel app I am being daily basis made complaint on help desk but no one is ready to remove my complaint.
