Complaint Regarding Shoe Rack as I have order a big shoe rack which was shown in an advertisement on Instagram but I have received wrong product i.e. Imported Shoe Rack LW0665-1 which was useless and a waste thin plastic plate only and concern person of despatch or who has posted that add on Instagram is totally fraud. They have also given a complaint number i.e. 093534-06635 on website so when I called on that number to return my product and refund so concern fraud person is asking me to download anydesk app and trying to hack my all accounts. I want strick action against these fondants and refund at any cost.
