I have been facing the issue since 13th of June and I have placed numerous complaints and have made numerous calls in the customer service department but they schedule a technician and later they resolve the issue at their backend team but there is no changes on the router and no internet service, after calling multiple times they had sent a technician and he informed wiring has been cut outside and he said he resolved the but after some hours the same issue again started but I raised a ticket on 17th June for technician visit on 17th June but they cancelled reschedule it for 20th of June, and now they are not helping at all no exact response from their end
