- I, SUDESH CHAND KASHYAP ADVOCATE,DELHI, MOB.NO.9891440598, ON DT.02/01/21 ORDER 4 SET’S OF HANGING POTS IN ONE SET 3 PC OF HANGING POTS AND ONLINE PAY RS 680/- , ON DATED 09/01/21 DELIVER PERSON CAME AT OUR ADDRESS AND ON THAT DAY WE ARE OUT OF STATION AND DELIVERED TO OTHER PERSON ON CALLING, ON DT. 10/01/21 WE REACH AT DELHI, AND I SURPRISED WHEN TAKEN IT AND SAW THE DELIVERED ITEMS PACKAGE WHICH WAS VERY SMALL AND IN WHICH DAW 2 SPECS COVER WITHOUT OPEN IT, AND THEREAFTER CALL CUSTOMER CARE AND OFFICIAL ASKED TO OPEN PACKET AND SEND IMAGE OF DELIVERED ITEMS, WITH VIDEOS OPEN PACKET AND TAKE PHOTOS AND SEND TO THEM BUT THEY CAN’T RESPONSE FOR THIS SENDING WRONG ITEMS INTENTIONALLY AND DELIBERATELY TO ME , AND NOW I SENDING THIS COMPLAINT TO YOU FOR SEND CORRECT ITEMS WITHIN 3 DAYS FROM THIS COMPLAINT AND ON RECEIVING CORRECT ITEMS PICK WRONG ITEMS, FAILING WHICH FILLED CASES AGAINST YOUR CO. IN THE COMPETENT AUTHORITY/ COURT OF LAWS FOR NEGLIGENCY AND DEFICIENCY IN SERVICES AND DAMAGES ETC OF RS TWO LACS.
