Dear Team,
I have been a regular customer of Croma from Pune MH, for almost the last two years, during which I have purchased products worth approximately ₹5–6 lakhs.even more…
In August 2023, I purchased a Samsung 4K Neo QLED TV QN95B from the Croma Wakad, Pune store, along with a 2-year additional warranty.
Since 20 January, my TV has been facing technical issues. I have raised multiple service tickets, but every time the Samsung service team closes the ticket without resolving the issue. On top of that, I am being asked to pay for the repair, which is completely unacceptable because my TV is clearly under additional warranty.
I have visited the Croma store 4–5 times, but each time I am only told to wait for 24–48 hours. After waiting, the same thing happens again — the ticket gets closed without any solution.
I do not understand why I should pay for repairs when I have already purchased an additional warranty. This experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful, especially after being a loyal customer.
I request you to please urgently intervene and provide a proper resolution.
Either:
Repair my TV at no additional cost, or
Replace the TV, if the issue cannot be fixed.
I am hoping for a prompt and fair resolution.
I would also like to highlight a very serious concern regarding the behavior of Samsung’s vendor engineers.
Mr. Laldhar Das and his team member Mr. Sajid Khan have been extremely rude and unprofessional in their communication. Their way of speaking is inappropriate and disrespectful, and this has happened multiple times, not just once. As a customer, this behavior is unacceptable and adds to the frustration of an already unresolved issue
I also request appropriate action regarding the unprofessional conduct of the service engineers.
Please help me , I really frustrated and disappointment I visisted store many times still no update its almost one month for now ,
You have asked me to wait for 24 hours, then 48 hours, and then one week. I waited each time as requested. However, even after waiting, there was no update or resolution, only the same repeated response.
After this, you are again asking me to wait, but there is still no solution. Please understand that continuously asking a customer to wait without providing any progress is not acceptable.
Now please clearly inform me what I am supposed to do next, because waiting again without any outcome is not a solution.
I request a proper update and immediate resolution, not another waiting period.
if you guys are unable to solve my problem then refund my money and exchange the TV
