I purchased a bottle of Saffola organic Honey . To my dismay, upon opening the bottle, I discovered the presence of sugar crystals settled at the bottom. This indicates a potential quality issue with the product, as pure honey should not crystallize in this manner.
As a consumer, I have trusted Saffola for its commitment to quality, and I believe that the product I received does not meet the standards I have come to expect from your brand. I am concerned that the honey may have been adulterated or improperly processed.
