Text of Complaint by MD KASHIF UDDIN:

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against your customer care service for repeated disturbance and unacceptable behavior.
I have been receiving repeated calls from the customer care number 7878639295 at various times, which is causing continuous disturbance. Despite no valid reason or resolution, the calls are being made again and again, which is highly irritating and unprofessional.
Moreover, during one of these calls, the customer care executive behaved in a very rude and disrespectful manner. Instead of speaking politely, the executive used offensive language and said “sharma nahi aati hai?” to me. Such words are completely unacceptable and reflect very poorly on your organization.
Customers expect respectful communication and professional conduct. Harassing customers with repeated calls and using insulting language is not acceptable under any circumstances.
I request you to:

Immediately stop calling me unnecessarily
Take strict action against the concerned executive
Ensure proper training of your customer care staff in communication and customer handling

I hope this matter will be taken seriously and that I will receive a proper response and assurance that such behavior will not be repeated.
