Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a complaint regarding the inconvenience I faced while attempting to board your TNSTC bus, bearing Registration Number TN-68 N-1514, operating on the route from Chidambaram – Puducherry – Chennai on [mention date] at around 6:30 AM.
When I enquired with the conductor about traveling to Chidambaram, I was informed that the bus would not allow boarding for passengers traveling only up to Chidambaram. Instead, the conductor stated that only passengers traveling to Puducherry or Chennai would be permitted, and even then, only if seats were available. Finally, despite my request, the bus left without allowing me to board.
This caused me serious inconvenience and delay in my travel. Since this is a government-operated public transport service, I believe all passengers should be allowed to board the bus for any stop that lies along its scheduled route. Denying passengers within the route is unfair and against the purpose of public transport.
I kindly request you to take appropriate action against such practices by conductors and ensure that passengers traveling to all stops along the route are treated fairly and allowed to board.
I hope you will look into this matter and take corrective action at the earliest.
