Respected sir,
i booked two tickets from this website i.e., www.travolook.in on dated 28-Sept-2021. After completion of payment, suddenly i received mail from this website that my tickets has been cancelled due to fare expiration and refund will be done within 7-12 days.
But, sir after 12 days i called them regarding my refund process, they replied that again refund will be processed within 10 days and still refund has not been processed yet. Everytime they are giving excuses as well as i found this website is fraud/scam. And same incidence happened with many others like me.
I’am attaching evidences of cancellation of tickets document with this complaint.
Kindly help me regarding this matter.
