I am Praveen Jaiswal a resident of city Gorakhpur in the state Uttar Pradesh. I had applied for Airtel’s Broadband connection a month ago. Few days after applying for the same, couple of guys contacted me asking if I am in need of an Airtel Broadband connection. They sent me a link on my mobile no. which was actually an Airtel’s official site asking me to pay an amount of 2829/- as Advance Rental.
Now, the guys are who coordinated me for Airtel Broadband connection says that they didn’t receive any confirmation regarding my payment although the amount has been debited by my account. The guys at Airtel say that they have applied for a refund but it has been couple of weeks and yet the refund or any message regarding it has not been under my notification.
I am apoorv shanker. also resident of city Gorakhpur in the state Uttar Pradesh. I had applied for Airtel’s Broadband connection in September. Few days after applying for the same, couple of guys contacted me asking if I am in need of an Airtel Broadband connection and promise to provide broadband and landline service .
After installation the guy came for installation has told me that the landline service will be active in next 2 days . After that I many time follow up with them .. then after I start asking airtel customer care regarding g the same.. they keeping providing fake date to activate.
After 8 month of follow up one of customer care staff told me that they are not providing landline in gorakhpur location. I ask him regarding this creating why the service is not provided if the company commit to provide.
So in story .
1)No landline service
2) service drop
3) speed issue
4) in every 24 hour service will be stop for 1-2 hour.
5) WROUNG AND FAKE COMMITMENT BY AIRTEL TEAM
