Hello sir, i am dr. Bhupendra bhati. I ordered a product #samsung galaxy ear buds pro black color worth amount ₹15,240.

Subject- they denied to proceed refund.
i received a old and used product which have more sctraches and poor sound quality like defective thats why i returned it and told everything to costumer care exicutive about regarding old used product. My product reached in amazon fullfill centre on 24th july but then denied to refund due to they received old used product which i received. Now please help me for this returned product. Now i have no product no refund. Please help me to provide me a refund as soon as possible.
