Its been more than 10days since my product has been pickedup and haven’t heard anything about the refund of Rs 1688 of my orders with order ids

I was informed that ticket # 7999793 has been raised and to wait 4 5 working days to resolve issue but haven’t received any updates or response to my mail regarding the refund issue.
I have mailed and contacted customer care so many times and I have not been guided proper about my refund issue just everytime I was informed to wait 4 to 5days but no response. when will it get resolved or not.
Please do verify the updates and do the needful by providing refund asap.
