I am writing to inform you that I am facing issues in the resolution of my refund. It has been two months since I am waiting for the response but received no satisfying update.
Let me explain in more detail. My first transaction which I did on 29 January 2021 was unsuccessful but 998 rupees were debited from my account. I have raised this query two times to the concerning bank as well and they confirmed that your transaction was successful and successfully credited to the recipient’s account. But for 2 months, I am contacting Amazon Customer Service and they are always telling me that they need some more time.
Would you kindly look at my concern on a priority basis as this request is pending for a long time?
