I have ordered the Redmi A1 (Light Green, 2GB RAM) smartphone on Amazon on date 16th October and It has delivered on 17 oct, But the received product is not the same phone which I have received, The delivered product is Sansui dummy smartphone. I am attaching the pictures of that product herewith. Same day I have called customer executive and asked for replacement. He arranged the replacement of 20 th oct. On 20 th october delivery agent came to my address to deliver the product. At that he refused to accept the replacement product and didn’t delivered the new product. Now the amazon is showing that “Your order is delivered” But actually the new product is not received yet. Kindly please take necessary action on it.
