Text of Complaint by Dipti:

I had bought one Canon 1500 EOS camera from flipkart for 29000 and the GSTIN Number was missing from it. WHen contacted the customer support they guided that the invoice can not be revised, you need to cancel the item and place an order for a new one. Also mentioned that there is no option to replace the item and simply consumed the return window with false information- we are working on it, it will be resolved by 4th July, technical issue, Pandemic Issue and after 15 days they simple cancelled the return and said the product was in replacement and wrong reason was selected for return of product which they realise after 15 days. After contacting them again they are saying that the item was in replacement. They run a really good business to cheat people with the help of their customer executive. Customer executives are also good in drama and in lying business. All of them are receiving calls and after listening to all these simply saying sorry we can not do anything. Everytime they are disconnecting the call which is disgusting.
