With reference to the order placed via online Myntra app, kindly find my complaint placed below on receiving a wrong product.
This is to submit that I have ordered (Order Id: 119644020532537672903) an Armani Exchange (Men Black Analogue) Watch of price Rs.4588 on 11th February 2022 from online myntra app and it was delivered to me on 12th February. On the same day, when I checked the same box of Armani, it consists of an old kid’s watch and also it is in a very bad condition and the box was also opened.
On 12th February, i have initiated the return for the same and the delivery boy after checking the box did the pick of the same on 13th February 2022. In continuation of the same, on 18th February, the delivery boy return the same old kid’s watch in  Armani box stating that the return has been cancelled and yesterday we get a status of the same on the myntra app that our return request has been cancelled. in between and also yesterday we have done many follow-ups with the customer care team but all the staff behaved very wrong and we were not provided with any solution.
I am a regular customer of them and previously also ordered many watches a, clothes and many other things from the myntra app and my family members too but never such kind of incident has happened. But this time my trust over the app has been completely lost and this is highly shameless on them how the support staff and the high authorities are dealing in such fraud-related happenings done with us. The team over phone directly said to us that yes you can go to consumer court and raise complaint instead of helping us to give solution. Nevertheless, they have done any investigation of the delivery boy as might be he has done the fraud with us. I am really highly disappointed with myntra app, staff and the top officials over there that being such a large organization they are playing with the money and feelings of people as I was about to gift the watch to my brother on his special day.
I like to request you to take strict action over the corrupt people involved in such kinds of activities in myntra and take immediate action and refund my amount of Rs. 4588 and they can take that wrong Armani box consisting of bad conditioned kids watch from my place.
