Dear Team,

Very pathetic service by idea store. They don’t now the company policy and customer resolution process.

I’m trying to do  postpaid to prepaid from last 3 month but the response given by store is can not process postpaid to prepaid you can go other network.

4 month before I called to customer care regarding postpaid to prepaid. Customer care said that “you need to go nearest idea store before you go clear all bill and also pay some amount extra so they can process. As said I paid all bill with extra amount.

As discussed with customer care after 2 to 3 days I visited nearest ideas store which is located in Aundh. And asked for postpaid to prepaid information but they upfront said that we can not do postpaid to prepaid you can go other network so it will convenient to process the same.

As said after 10days I visited to airtel store for post to process postpaid to prepaid. But they said we can process only postpaid to post not in prepaid.

After that in between I got next bill on 14 nov. Again I called to customer care. And said all the above incident. Customer care given complain no that is CI 130746252757 and said we will do action on store and will confirm you. After that you pay remaining bill only and go for prepaid. That time I was very disappointed regarding idea service.

I hope for resolution but after 5 days automatically I got complaint closure message. I surprise without resolution how it possible to close the complaint. No any call no any complaint regarding message.

After some days I got call from idea for bill payment. I told all the information and said I’m not paying any bill first you solve my issue. Without my mistake. Company giving everymonth bill where I want prepaid card.

I just communicated to your corporate office in pune. And asked for bill waiver. I want prepaid from last 3 month but no one giving proper information and everymonth I got bill. Where in just rs 399 I got post paid 3 month plan. But I’m bearing 1300rs bill without my mistake. By the guy said I’m not authorised person to solve this issue. I will give just request no where as you visited to Corporate office regarding your issue only. And they given complaint no CI 133245066464.

Finally I request you to look in to the matter on priority basis. 1300rs is not big amount. But without customer mistake why customer bear 1300 rs where form last 3 month customer want prepaid.

Form last 5 year I’m a idea customer. But the situation I suffer is very worse.
