Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service provided at Jio Care, Punjabi More, Raniganj. My name is Shahbaz, and I visited your store on Saturday at 2:30 PM along with my mother to convert her eSIM into a physical SIM card.
Upon arrival, only one staff member was present, who informed us that no one was available to carry out the SIM conversion process as the concerned executive was out of station. We were asked to return after 5 PM. Despite my repeated requests and explaining the inconvenience, the staff showed no concern and refused to assist.
Adding to our frustration, we had to visit the store in extreme sunny weather because the SIM card is registered under my mother’s name. However, instead of offering a solution, the executive rudely asked us to leave, stating that he was closing the store as he also had to go out. This kind of unprofessional and careless behavior from Jio Care staff is highly unacceptable.
I urge you to take immediate action against such poor service and ensure that customers do not face similar inconvenience in the future. Kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps to improve your customer service.
