2. Automatic disconnection of the connection without any reason.
3. Customer care representatives unable to resolve the issue even after multiple follow-ups.
4. Previous complaint was marked as resolved without actually fixing the problem.
These repeated disruptions are affecting our work and causing significant inconvenience. We request your immediate intervention to address these problems on priority.
