Text of Complaint by CHAUDHARI JIGNESH ISHWARBHAI:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a purchase I made on the website ShopGPT.in. I purchased a product listed as a Ford Figo sticker set on the site on [insert purchase date], priced at ₹999.

However, upon receiving the product, I was extremely disappointed by the following issues:

1. The quality of the product was significantly poor and did not match the description or the images on the website.

2. The product was advertised as a set of 9 pieces, but I only received 4 pieces in the package.

Additionally, the website offers no customer care option, and I have been unable to get in touch with the seller to resolve this issue. This has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter and taking necessary action against the website for false advertising and poor business practices.

I have attached proof of purchase, along with images of the product received, for your reference.
