Text of Complaint by Bhadja Nachiketa:

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Teen Patti Master for fraudulent activity related to online payments.

On [mention date of payment], I made a payment of ₹5,000 through Phonepe to purchase in-game chips/credits. However, it has been more than 20 days, and the payment has neither been credited to my game account nor refunded to me.

Despite multiple follow-ups and attempts to contact the support team of Teen Patti Master, I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution. This clearly amounts to online gambling fraud and financial cheating.

I request you to kindly take strict action against this fraudulent platform and ensure that my ₹5,000 is refunded at the earliest.
