I had a really negative experience with the moving and packing services provided by no broker. Firstly, they arrived approximately 2.5 hours late for packing, and despite promising to complete the packing and shifting within 5-6 hours, it actually took them almost 15-16 hours. Additionally, the manpower provided by them was inadequate, forcing my mother and me to assist in packing and unloading, which had a negative impact on my mother’s health. Furthermore, they also damaged some of my belongings, such as a cabinet and a few crockery items. Despite my complaints to their customer care and senior authorities, I have received no response. I kindly request your assistance in addressing this matter and obtaining compensation.
