Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a case of online fraud in connection with a product I ordered through an advertisement on Instagram from a platform named “I Dollar Shop.”

Seller Company Name: Fixfeels Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Logistics Partner: iThink Logistics, delivery handled by Blue Dart
The product I received was completely different from what was advertised and confirmed. It appears to be a deliberate case of misrepresentation and cheating. After contacting the seller and the logistics partners, I have not received any response or resolution. I have also raised a refund request with PhonePe, but the amount has not yet been refunded.
This incident has resulted in financial loss, emotional stress, and potential misuse of personal information. I strongly believe that this qualifies as a case of cyber fraud and online cheating, and must be investigated under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and relevant provisions of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
I kindly request your office to:
Investigate this matter thoroughly.
Take legal action against Fixfeels Technologies Pvt. Ltd., the logistics providers, and the individual who confirmed the order via the mentioned mobile number.
Assist in helping me recover the lost amount and prevent such fraudulent activities from affecting other citizens.
Please consider this complaint on an urgent basis. I am ready to provide any additional documentation or assistance required for the investigation.
