Subject: Complaint Regarding Online Fraud and Harassment Using Fake Legal Notice
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a fraudulent and threatening message I received, which falsely claims to be a legal notice from the Delhi Police. The message includes fabricated details such as:
– FIR No: 19128
– CNR No: 19128/2025
– Alleged violation under SC.144, SC.1872, 73, 74
– Challan No: 284872
– Demanding payment of ₹45,999
– Website mentioned: https://typodex.in
– Officer name: Insp. Ajay (308/H)
The message falsely accuses me of breaching a data entry agreement and threatens police action and home visits unless I pay the stated amount. I have never entered into any such agreement, and this is clearly an attempt to extort money through fear and impersonation of law enforcement.
This fraudulent communication has caused me considerable distress and amounts to criminal intimidation, impersonation of a public servant, and cyber fraud.
I request you to kindly:
– Investigate the origin of this message and the individuals or entities behind it.
– Take appropriate legal action under the relevant sections of the IPC and IT Act.
– Ensure my safety and prevent further harassment.
I am attaching a screenshot/copy of the message for your reference.
