Good evening sir, I have recently ordered products from a website called winzo deals. Wherein I have ordered Sony earpods and philips neckband it is an cash on delivery order today i.e on 20-12-2021 I have received delivery from ekart courier service. And I received the order believing that ekart service will check the authenticity of the website before fecilitating the deliveries. After paying 1599 in cash I have taken the product when I open the box I didn’t recieve what I ordered but they just placed 1 faulty earphones this act is to deceive people to gain monetary benefit. Kindly take necessary steps to provide redressal issue.
