I have booked a flight on 20 nov 2021 but due to some technical reason from travel look , my amount got deducted but not got confirmed booking. Then received a mail from travel look that you will receive your refund with in 7- 10 days. Its now more than 50 days but still not got any refund.
Initially they replied on mails but not they even stop replying on mails, sometime they dont pick up calls when you call customer care number or if they pick the call, they say you will get refund in 7 days or so. Now i am fed up from their behaiour.
