I am writing to express my disappointment with the handling of my Jio trial pack cancellation and refund process. Despite cancelling the trial pack before its expiration, I have not received the promised refund. I was informed by your customer service that only Rs. 500 would be refunded, which is unfair.
THE reason they are giving is i didn’t receive their confirmation call, so they closed the request.
I request the following actions:
Full refund of the trial pack amount 1500 as per the cancellation request.
Explanation for the delay in refund processing and incorrect refund information.
Improved customer service protocols to avoid such issues in the future.
