I have taken a loan from Zest Money to the tune of Rs 440000/-. The company as per the agreement promised cash back every month. After regular EMI payments the company suo moto stopped servicing the cash back. Thus on raising the issue I was harassed by their staffs and they tried to manipulate things on their own. They even went to the extent of saying they didn’t promise any cashback in the first place. Please help us .
