Complaint against Requin Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a company through which I secured an internship opportunity. It is essential to bring to your attention the unprofessional conduct and non-compliance with agreed terms by the company
On Internshala, I applied for an internship position at Requin Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where they offered a monthly stipend of 10,000 Rupees, which I gladly accepted. I commenced my internship on 02-03-2023, expecting to receive the stipend as agreed.
despite completing the entire month of March, the company failed to credit the stipend within the timeframe. On 20-04-2023 I received a partial stipend of 7,666 Rupees, which was less than the agreed amount. I continued working diligently in the month of April, but again, the company failed to give me the stipend. As of now, it has been over 15 days since the month ended, and I have not received any payment for my services.
To exacerbate the situation, the company today handed me a termination letter on 17-05-2023 without providing any valid reasons or prior notice. This sudden termination further adds to the unprofessionalism displayed by company.
I am deeply disappointed by the company’s breach of agreement, as they have consistently failed to honor their commitment to providing the stipend. Moreover, the abrupt termination without any explanation has left me feeling unjustly treated.
I kindly request your intervention and support in addressing this matter promptly. I believe it is crucial for you to ensure that companies adhere to fair and ethical practices, including timely payment of stipends and respectful treatment of interns.
Please investigate this issue thoroughly and take appropriate action against Requin Solutions Pvt. Ltd. I also request your assistance in ensuring the rightful payment of my stipend for the months of March and April.
