I would like to file a complaint against the service provider ( jio fiber) for failing to install the connection despite receiving full payment from me.
I made the complete payment on [14-02-2026], and I was assured that the connection would be installed within the promised time frame. However, even after a considerable period, no engineer has visited my premises, and the connection has not been provided.
I have made several attempts to contact the company, but I have not received any satisfactory response. This delay has caused me inconvenience and mental stress.
If the company is unable to provide the connection immediately, I request a full refund of the amount paid along with appropriate compensation for the delay and inconvenience caused.
I kindly request the Honorable Consumer Court to take necessary action against the service provider and grant appropriate relief.
