Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with my recent purchase on your platform. Despite my payment and several attempts to reach out for a resolution, I have yet to receive the product or even a response.

I request your immediate attention to this matter. Please dispatch the product at the earliest or provide a full refund. Failure to address this issue promptly may compel me to take further actions, including filing a formal complaint with consumer protection authorities and requesting that your website be removed from Google Search due to poor service.
