My name is pardeep Kumar and lives in sector12A panchkula . Last month airtel xtream fibre was started in my area and pamphlets were distributed door to door by airtel . I also received one and I decided to go for rs 999 pack with xtream box and landline no package.Mr. Sunil’s number (8283824324)was mentioned in the pamphlet. On 27th July I had a word with him and he said that within a week booking will be started .On4th August Mr Sunil called me to send my documents and told me that connection will be done that day . Next day someone came and they installed the xtream box dth and I paid rs 1500 but not made a connection for broadband and told me that they will do it tomorrow but still today nothing has been done by them . I called Mr Sunil a lot of times but he was making me foolish by passing on day by day . Today I got a number of his ASM (9815049751).I called him in morning and he told me that connection will be made in one hour and before 11 Am . After this I received a call from someone and was told that they will come in 30 minutes but it took whole of the afternoon and nothing has been done till now . Then I called the ASM many times but he is neither picking my calls nor responding to my messages.I am totally fed-up with Airtel due to their behaviour.And also in my area many connections has been already installed. I got your mail id from airtel app and I hope that you will help me and will respond to my problem .
